Delete your account
This page explains how to delete your account in DRGCC CONNECT, the member app of Defence Raya Golf & Country Club, and exactly what is deleted and what the club keeps.
The fastest way: in the app
Open DRGCC CONNECT and go to Profile → Delete Account. You will be asked for your password to confirm it is you, and the account is closed straight away. Nothing else is needed.
If you cannot open the app
Send us a deletion request by email:
The link opens a message to info@drgcc.com with the subject already filled in. Please include your full name, your CNIC, your membership number and your registered mobile number so the club can confirm the request is yours. We will confirm by email once the account is deleted, normally within 7 working days.
No email? Call the club on 042-111-800-100 and ask for your DRGCC CONNECT app account to be deleted.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in. Your app password and all active sessions are removed, and you are signed out everywhere.
- Your devices. Every handset registered to your account, along with its install identifier and device key, is removed.
- Your notifications. Push notification tokens and your notification history are removed, and the app stops sending to your phone.
- Your chat. Messages you exchanged with club departments, and the photos attached to them, are removed from the app.
- One-time codes issued to you by email or WhatsApp are removed.
What the club keeps, and why
- Your membership record — your name, CNIC, membership number and contact details. Deleting the app account closes your access to the app; it does not cancel your club membership. The club's membership register is kept independently of the app.
- Your financial ledger — subscription charges, bills, payments and receipts. These are the club's books and must be kept for accounting and audit.
- Any outstanding balance stays owed. Deleting your account does not clear money due to the club.
- Bookings you have already made stand. Call the club if you want them cancelled.
You will not be able to sign up again by yourself. Only the club can reopen an app account for you — call 042-111-800-100 or write to info@drgcc.com.
Cancelling your membership
Deleting the app account and resigning from the club are two different things. To resign your membership, or to ask what the club still holds about you after the app account is gone, contact the club directly at info@drgcc.com or 042-111-800-100.
More detail
What the app collects, who processes it and how long it is kept is set out in the DRGCC CONNECT privacy policy.
